MANUFACTURE AND DELIVERY FOR CUSTOM/OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
The manufacture period varies but is typically 4-6 weeks. Delivery charges apply and usually arrive within 1-2 weeks for UK and 2-3 weeks for the rest of the world.
Manufacture and/or delivery may take longer in exceptional circumstances.
DESIGNS:
Orders of 5 units or under are subject to a design fee. A design fee is also chargeable, even if you decide not to proceed with manufacturing.
ARTWORK:
Artwork agreement is the responsibility of the customer. If a design is agreed and printed, design errors cannot be rectified. Please thoroughly check all proofs.
RETURNS:
Only faulty items are eligable for a replacement or refund. Returns not accepted after 30 days of receipt of items.
PROMOTIONS:
33/18 Designs reserves the right to end promotions at any time.
